Adresses in use have an entry in IPs table.

The idea with IP adresses may be a bit complicated as I need to downcalculate them something like:

192.168.0.1 downcalculated results in somehing like.

1*256^0 + 0*256^1 + 168*256^2 + 168*256^3 = some number
