Hi Anurag

I am aware that sys and sysdba logins are written to an OS file on Unix and to the event logger (viewer) on Windows NT & greater. The OP didn't give us the OS. I should have mentioned that the files could be for this purpose though but as the OP seemed to suggest that the actual create table statement was recorded in the OS file i didn't mention this and gave the advice i did.
