That's not their actual Mission Statement, though. (Which can be found nailed to the wall of every Oracle training centre's offices somewhere).

Their Mission statement contains the usual banalities of wanting to be the biggest and best software vendor on the planet (and that's what it actually says, not mere hyperbole!), and the best darn'd employer anyone could wish to work for.
