It's not a straight forward request.

You need an intermediary between you and the database to catch the browser's request and turn it into a database request. Oracle's PLSQL Server Pages, Oracle HTTP Server powered by Apache, Oracle's implementation of the PERL module, Oracle's Java/RMI, etc. could be used.
