Same version and patch level? It could. Not likely but it certainly could happen.

Perhaps you can buy a flute a lead your "colleagues" out of the building before they do something else equally enlightened. If not ... perhaps you have a manager that will sanction someone writing a procedures manual to constraint their less enlightened behaviours.
