iSQL Problem

Hi,
I have install oracle HTTP server and iSQL*Plus in a win2k prof PC. Everything is working fine. But when I try to brows iSQL*Plus from my browser using http://192.168.1.203/isqlplus/ The login page comes with some strange values like

username=%s, password=%s, connect id=%s, privillage=%s:<textbox> username=%s, password=%s, connect id=%s:<textbox> Connect string=%s:<textbox>
Schema %s not supported:<dropdownlist>
two command button with following caption Message 903 not found, product=SQLPLUS, facility=SP2 Message 905 not found, product=SQLPLUS, facility=SP2

How can I fix this problem
