Jan's summary is good, but slightly under. Add a few hundred M for stored procedure source and other system stuff, and some percentage of the previously calculated values for wasted space, block splits, chained rows, bad administration etc. Also a larger percentage of "room to grow," as you probably will not want to autoextend files. And you will need temp, log and undo space based on transaction action. Then quadruple it all to account for archived logs, backups and data loads. And if you are using this to project for disk purchasing, don't forget OS needs.
I've given up on doing these calculations too precisely unless an app vendor gives a spreadsheet where one can plug in the values you have been given, as a much more useful projection can be made from measuring test systems and systems that have started production. As Jan pointed out, you need an accurate estimate of the size of the rows.
