What does it mean ?

I have to insert a particular value in the registry ? I have to insert a particular value in the INIT.ORA file ?
the error seems to be generic...I have installed with DB CONFIGURATION ASSISTANT support for ORACLE INTERMEDIA TEXT MANAGER in the database.
