Your question is about absolute basics. Creating a table is about as simple
as it gets. So, if you don't know how to do that, make friends with all of
the Oracle documentation at http://tahiti.oracle.com.



If you are wanting something more complex than the absolute basics, you'll
have to re-phrase your question to be rather more specific.
