Perhaps OEM created a Scheduled job ( using the AT command) on the NT server and it still exists, so the job still gets run..

Go to the NT server's command prompt and type AT and hit enter..It will show you any scheduled jobs... Received on Wed Nov 12 2003 - 14:11:56 CST
