probably something wrong with



oracm config files.



But I recommend you upgrade to Oracle 9.2.0.4



because many oracm bugs were fixed with this patch.



BTW, the  new oracm version uses hangcheck-timer instead



of watchdogd. Hangcheck-timer is available on oss.oracle.com
