Thanks. But when I read "Simon Adebisi, OCP Sr. Oracle Architect" it just reminded me
of how low the bar must be get become an OCP.

Not only was he totally wrong in every bit of advice he gave ... he even called Oracle's
own web site unsupported. My guess from his answer ... he works with SQL Server.
