bs.
Most third-party software firms are not using bind variables and don't tune statements, so the only option is to throw memory to 'tune' the application.

bs, also because jdbc clients are stateless, and require a connection per statement. Connection pooling and multiplexing is only available with MTS

bs, also because Microsux NT/2k still can't pass the 4Gb border.
