Used to work for one.....big db, massive backend processing. Not happy with the nature of the business. The big ones, on their websites, you won't find the word "telemarketing"

Yeah, right..that'll be the day. Easy there...Don't be so cruel : ) many decent people's livelihood depend on this industry. It's their Gozilla clients - Credit Card companies (eg the financial institutions), telecom etc - that's got the most to loose, they are the ones that can just give up on this way of marketing.
