Thanks for info.  i did read them, please understand that i am a web developer 
with Oracle/SQL knowledge.  I am not a DBA (though i play one on this project 
it seems) so what seems trivial and clear to you might be difficutl to me.  I 
have never even run the import commands just what i have read
