Because otherwise it is 80 pages long, and that's a lot of trees (and expensive ink jet ink!) to print out. With duplexing, that document is a mere 20 pages (and still quite a lot of expensive ink). But at least the trees are happy.

It also brings the download size down. And since I pay for my storage space, that's got to be a good thing (for me). If you'd care to donate some cash, I can increase my storage quota, and put the single-page version up.
