Hi John,

For security take a look at http://www.petefinnigan.com/orasec.htm - there are many papers on Oracle security there. The obvious issues are the role requirements of applications and the consequences of this on other applications schemas or the dictionary. least privilege principle must be observed with respect to each application and also to the ability to adapt / alter or view data in other applications.
