Just FYI.
Oracle is developing a significant portion of the 10G database right
here in India. Gone are the days when only tech support was
outsourced, although is does still form the major chunk of the work
done in India. Now several companies have realised the huge amount of
technical talent available in India and have started trusting their
Indian subsidaries with core development.
People will crib, people will rant but you cant stop change, because if a company needs to remain competitive it needs to find places where it can get the best quality for the best price.
