I have a vague recollection of some sort of bug that would get this error. But it's been too long... Anyways, see metalink Note: 133920.1 , and bug 1362374 is interesting just to show you never can tell when CBO will bite you :-)

And I've gotten ORA-904 at odd times just from imp.
