Re: backup and recovery drills

Purchase a copy of Oracle Backup & Recover Guide on Oracle Press. They go through a number of scenarios and their resolution both with RMAN and manually. After that, do as Connor suggested and try to fix something that you don't know what is broken on it until you do some investigating.
