Oracle Password Maintenance

Could someone please assist me with the following issue: PASSWORD_LIFE_TIME 75
PASSOWRD_GRACE_TIME 15 When a user receives the prompt to change their password in the next 15 days or it will expire, many are ignoring for just a day or two, but when they try and change their password at that time, they receive a message stating their account has expired already (even though the 15 day grace period hasn't really expired). Is it possible that the password warning prompt is coming up on the 90th day rather than the 75th day? This may explain why people are getting the expiration message the following day.

Thank you. Received on Fri Sep 26 2003 - 15:52:57 CDT
