as far as i know - please correct me if i'm wrong - you have to mount the database before you can apply the redo logs. at the moment the database starts (startup in svrmgr30) i get ora-01122, ora-01110 and ora-01251 in this order. so the verify on the data file delivers a negative result because of an unknown file-header.

any ideas?
