NT-error code after using oradim to shutdown instance

Hi all,



When i use the oradim utility to shutdown an instance (Oracle 8.1.7)
in a commandfile,


i always receive a strange errorlevel value on Win/NT 4.0:   1245028
Does anybody know the meaning of this error code ?
Any way, the instance is correctly terminated.
