Standby Database

Just tried setting up a Standby database and getting the following error
when starting the primary



ORA-00439: feature not enabled: Managed Standby



Running 8.1.7.3 Standard, on NT4. Suspect it's cos I'm running Standard Edn
not Enterprise



Can anybody confirm this??
