10g isn't out yet, it's just been announced. "Out" will probably be somewhere in
the end of 2003 or beginning of 2004.
I haven't seen any official information about terminal release of 9i myself, but I sure believe so, that no-one will put effort on coding new major features in it & releasing a 9.3 verion anymore.
