Not if you know how to use it. Once again obviously you don't know the back of your hand
as well as you think. And I am going to avoid make the obvious follow-on reference out of
professional courtesy.

Seriously ... your knowledge of Oracle isn't all that good. I'd suggest you find a senior level class
at a university and learn something newer than version 7. You are going to look pretty silly using
the RBO with a nested or partitioned table.
