Tom's book bundled with Don Burleson's book on Amazon.com! (Don's book appears to have two authors, Don Burleson and Donald K. Burleson...) And it is cheaper to buy them separately... except you have to pay shipping... hmmm, a new Milsap book?

I'm sure whomever came up with that bun[dg]ling idea must follow this newsgroup :-)

Not to mention the "used copies" of Tom's book...
