In case you hadn't noticed Oracle 7 hasn't been supporte by Oracle for more than a decade. And an ORA-00600 is an internal error that in almost all cases can not be resolved without opening a TAR with Oracle. Something I suspect you can't possibly do.

You will likely find no help anywhere other than a suggestion that you upgrade to 9.2 before your resume turns to dust.
