Yes, because of this statement of BEA:

• The leak in the oci driver was with 9.2.0.1 jdbc driver
• They installed the 9.2.0.2 patch set for 9.2.0.1 and this fixed the memory leak
• 9.2.0.3 has a general problem - it crashes the VM

So the recommendation is to use '9.2.0.2'
