You need to edit $(ORACLE_HOME)/ctx/lib/env_ctx.mk, go to the line that defines INSO_LINK and add the flag '$(LDLIBFLAG)dl', then hit "retry" on the installer or relink manually via '/usr/bin/make -f ins_ctx.mk install ORACLE_HOME=$(ORACLE_HOME)'
