This is an interesting question.
Last time we had an automatic daylight
saving adjustment, the database got
corrupted. 8.0.n. Dunno if in later
versions it's still the case.
I just play it safe and shutdown
the db when daylight kicks out.
That's when you wind back the time.
Winding forward is not a problem,
apprently.
