I'm having the same problem with the listener crashing in orantcp9.dll with Oracle 9.2.0.1.0 on XP Pro SP1. Has anybody who experienced this problem come up with a solution yet.

I'm considering rebuilding my laptop with W2K and Oracle8i. But I'm not looking forward to that scenario.
