No one that doesn't want to end up on the wrong end of Larry's lawyers is going to tell you anything about 10G that isn't at http://www.oracle.com: Myself included.

And I presume you mean RAC ... not RCA. And there is no need for Veritas or Sun Cluster to do it. Any two Linux boxes work just fine.
