I have heard tell that SP4 for Win2K b*gg*rs up TCPIP and that you will
need to replace the TCPIP.dll file with the one from SP3 to make some
things work again. Not sure exactly what it affects but
Interbase/Firebird database events are problematical/stop working when
SP4 is applied. There may be others.
