You'll have to log on as SYS or SYSTEM to change "your" password. Assuming "you" aren't SYS and SYSTEM. In which case you are toast.

As for why scott/tiger "doesn't work" . . . please define "doesn't work." An error message (ORA-?????) might be a good place to start. Received on Mon Aug 11 2003 - 07:56:04 CDT
