SQL & PL/SQL. You can also use Java and C as the "internal" database language.

PHP can work with Oracle. So can Java, C#, C++, Delphi, Fortran, Cobol, Visual Basic, PowerBuilder, Perl, Python and a whack of others.

Do you btw have even the faintest notion of what Oracle is and how it works? It ain't no mySQL.
