Dumb question: how to specify DB in IMP command

I have 2 DBs on the same drive (xp, oracle 9.2 personal edition). I am trying to use the IMP command to import a dmp file from another DB.  It kept saying

IMP-00003: ORACLE error 1435 encountered

I suspect the current DB is not the one I want the IMP to put data to.  That brings up this question: How to specify which DB I want the IMP to import the data to? Received on Thu Aug 07 2003 - 19:43:59 CDT
