To clarify a little further:

You should check the Certify and Compatibility option at metalink. In general, some of these extended supports only work if you have never interrupted your support contract. In particular, check the matrix for your OS, I took a quick look and it appears it is not certified beyond 8i. So you should seriously consider an OS upgrade in the very near future. cdo.server and other boards are very useful, but when crunch time comes you want to be supported.
