emca crashes

Hello



i whant to confugure an Oracle Managent Server. i hava a running 9i 
Database on the server, i installed the Management Software.



Now i tring to configure the management Server with the "emca" tool.
But when i choose "create a new repository" emca crashes!



does anybody have an idea?



my environment:


Linux Redhat 7.3


Oracle 9.2.0
