HI Francesco,

Either grant the user unlimited quota on the tablespace - not recommended as they could just use it all or grant a reasonable amount to start with and monitor it or ask the user to estimate what space he / she needs. They must have some idea as to what they will create and an initial idea of the data (how else was the hardware specified..:-)). Even if their estimate is off the mark it would be a good start to monitor from.
