After reducing

SGA             = 1.2
SORT_AREA_SIZE  = 1MB
OPEN_CURSOR     = 1024
PROCESS         = 500

Our system is alive more then 5 days without any crash,but decided to reboot the server each nigth to garantee availability in working days. Really I'm not satisfied that Oracle can work on NT 7x24. Thanks for all helped me.
