The full error is: ORA-2084 - DATABASE NAME IS MISSING A COMPONENT This is the error I get. I do not understand by what you mean , about full text of the error. The above is the exact txt from the error.

Why would you need my domain name? I wanted to know if anyone had experienced this problem while installing the 9IAS software and if they had, how did they solve it. Our domain name does not end in a dot or we do not have a underscore in the name.
