What is the purpose of the following Oracle accounts?

I found the following accounts in the database. Can someone explain me the purpose and if I can Lock them? The reason for locking these accounts is: security & Audit

AURORA$JIS$UTILITY$
OSE$HTTP$ADMIN
AURORA$ORB$UNAUTHENTICATED Extra info for locking of the ID's:
The following services are default not started in my database

OracleOraHome81HTTPServer
OracleSNMPPeerEncapsulator
OracleSNMPPeerMasterAgent
