Export Tool

Hi everybody,
i'm looking for a tool that can export a subset of data from oracle server and this export must be consistent. So for example: we have 2 table A,B with a relation. this tool exports from table A a set of record and therefore export only the record from table b that are in relation with record exported from table A.
