What is the name of the next generaltion Oracle database?

I read an article in the latest Oracle Magazine in which it said Oracle will
release the new generation of its database in September. Will it be called
Oracle 9i Release 3 or Oracle 10i? If it is called 10i, then Oracle 9i, like
Oracle8, is unlikely got enough time to be accepted by the market.
