Automatized Oracle9i Database installation and Creation

Fellow Oracle Netters:

Due to the workload in my Company, I need to automatize my procedures of 1)Oracle9 Database installation and 2)Database Creation. Up to now I have been relying on my own "home made" shell and pl/sql scripts.

1)Do any of the Oracle cartriges provide the answer to automatize these tasks?

2)What are good commercial products to automatize these tasks?

3)Do Oracle9i comes with any sql scripts (a la catrman.sql, etc) for data base creation?

Any pointers about these issues will be greatly appreciated.
