Shouldn't be a problem. Most companies in the Netherlands are very reluctant to upgrade and many of them are using third party American-grown multidatabase apps, which simply aren't certified for 9i.
My company has no customers running 9i, so we are going to need to force them to upgrade early in 2004.
And, just BTW, Oracle Netherlands still supports a governmental department, running 7.2.3. Obviously, for security reasons, I can't disclose the name of that the department, but you probably can guess.
