already contacted oracle support, but was curious if anybody seen this before. After restart db behaved normally. There is nothing in OS logs.

We are running VRTSvxvm 3.1,REV=07.21.2000.07.59 and VRTSvxfs, 3.4,REV=GA03
Log files are qio files.
