For one second: think. If you can't think don't use Oracle. The v$sql table is one of the most heavily used tables! What, do you think will happen, when your stupid trigger fails? Any answer? Don't you think it is going to crash the database or resulting in all other strange effects?
If you know better and want to be 'smart' (trademark) and invent all kind of unsupported ' solutions, and are in for a career change, or want to end up in hell, why don't you just go ahead and get lost?
