Even export/import will not zero out the SCN. The only way I know how to reset the SCN is to recreate the database.

It is also highly unlikely that resetting the SCN will help in your situation. When RMAN does recovery, it uses the SCN kind of like a timestamp to know how to reapply transactions. If the SCN is lower than what was saved in the datafiles, then while you may be able to restore the datafile, you won't be able to apply recovery.
